Eye strain is in fact a critical factor in cause of poor eyesight. The constant use of computers can result in dry eyes and refractive errors. I will introduce some simple techniques for eye relief.

I will give a brief overview of OpenSim and provide you with a good starting point into the vast materials available to teach yourself.
